As a home improver who has been maticulous in finishings, I was looking for a qualified parquet flooring specialist. I sourced my parquet flooring 15 years ago and was now ready to install it. The adhesive supplier, Zimbo trading, reccomended the Daries family, father, and 2 sons.  Only Vincent responded and there my troubles started.

The quote was not the cheapest and I accepted it without quibbling. They arrived 1 hour late on the appointed day and began. I was called away and came back to find them making a mess. Too little glue and the parquet flooring lifting. I called Vincent who came within 2 hours and said I was worrying too much and it would be fine.

To cut a long story short, I fired him the next week after he had already re-glued 50% of the floor. I then introduced my family to the premises, had my wedding and after the festivities, proceeded to re-lay approx 60% of the blocks with my assistant. I subsequently used ZEST flooring who sanded and sealed the job very well.

I am using this form to attempt to get exposure for Vincent Daries. he did a very bad job, was un-repentant,

and just to add an even sour-er note, his staff stole from me and cut off a stove connection at the wall to get the old brass off it.
