My name is Kahwa, running a consulting practise in Johannesburg, at the same time I am involved in construction business in Tanzania.
We are in the process of developing a construction Industrial Park in Dar Es Salaam. We would like to gain an understanding of the process/technology to manufacture building materials and accessories like hinges, lockers, etc.
Kindly assist to steer us in a right direction by suggesting companies we should be speak to.

As for the industral park in Tanzania, I think you should first have it as a big market there selling imported goods to local customers. Ones the market is established you can then sell locally manufactured goods as well. You could induce this by first teaching people maintenance tasks for the products offered. Later you could establish full production facilities as well.
