ELECTRICAL cables manufacturer South Ocean said yesterday that it had bought Radiant Group, which imports and distributes lighting products, for R485m....South Ocean, which had traditionally served only the mining, building and construction industries, planned to get a share of the government's R400bn capital investment programme....
