Simplexes
Hi, I've just recently purchased a plot of land and would like to build 3 simplexes/duplexs on it, one for each of my 2 brothers and one for myself. The land is 929sqm. Is it possible?

I believe that it is dependant on the region of SA that you are in, since building "density" restrictions varies from place to place.

The question is probably best answered by an architect familiar with your region.

But at 929 sqm divided by 3 giving just over 300sqm each, this appear to be quite possible.

300 sqm is quite a common "stand" size in a freehold cluster, which in turn can house a decent 3 Bedroom dwelling.
