I'm a student Build and Envirionment from Holland, I'm busy whit a project in Simonstown South afrika. I searched the internet for information about building methods in S-A, but here is little to find.

Questions I have at this stage of the project are.

1. Is it still needful to spray incecticide at the floor ,and if, are there solutions more healty?

2. Is it common to build the walls whitout insulation?

3. The building is situated on a Talus, a concrete strip foundation should be possible if we flattening the soil. The angel of the Talus is 30, is it more likely to foundate with piles.
