Foundations - Specifications

I am just about to purchase a two storey building - council tells me that (Boksburg cbd) I can go up to ten floors - currently brick structure with corrugated iron roof - got plan - plan 1991 indicates (sort of 4 pillar type effect indicatingfront elavation - 600x230/600x230/600x300/600x300 side elavation 600x300/600x300/450x230 hoping notations are understandable - noting councils remarks of capabilities of 10 storeys - I would like to increase by another 2 storeys - would it be advisable and what would be the best way to do it - simplistically
